Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard UK shipping is £4.95 (free for orders over £15).
Please then allow 2/3 days for transit.
*Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, especially during busy periods or holidays.
Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order is on its way.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at explore@vanslooten.eu. We’ll work with Royal Mail to investigate and resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses that were entered incorrectly.
